Legal basis: Consent. You may opt out through Cookie Settings. Opting out will not affect Platform functionality.
Note for EU/Swiss users: PostHog is configured in cookieless mode where technically possible, using anonymized session identifiers rather than persistent cross-site tracking.
3.4 Payment Processing
Stripe, our payment processor, may set cookies when you initiate a payment. These are controlled by Stripe, not by Human IP.

4. Cookies We Do NOT Use
We do not use:
- Third-party advertising or tracking cookies
- Social media tracking pixels (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.)
- Cross-site behavioral tracking cookies
- Fingerprinting technologies for tracking purposes

To opt out of PostHog analytics specifically, you may:
- Use the Cookie Settings panel on the Platform, or
- Enable "Do Not Track" in your browser (we honor DNT signals for analytics)
6. Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions
6.1 European Union (ePrivacy Directive and GDPR)
For users located in the European Union, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies (analytics and functional cookies). You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without detriment. The legal basis for strictly necessary cookies is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
6.2 Switzerland (Fernmeldegesetz / FMG)
Switzerland's telecommunications law requires consent for non-essential cookies placed on users' devices. Our consent mechanism applies equally to Swiss users.
6.3 Canada (CASL and Quebec Law 25)
